All orders over $50 will require up-front payment. In the event of a cancellation, Mon Coeur Bakery will issue a full refund to the client for the entire amount if the client provides 90 days’ notice prior to the event. In the event that Mon Coeur Bakery needs to cancel, the client will receive a full refund plus 25% off their next order. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event are final and will not be refunded. Payment indicates the client’s agreement to these terms. Clients should be sure they have received a confirmation email or text prior to paying their invoice.
Keep product cool prior to consumption, as temperatures over 70 degrees may cause deterioration of the product. If not consuming the product within four hours, it is best to freeze the item(s). Mon Coeur Bakery is not liable for any damage to the product after it leaves our possession.
